1. Tournament Entry Fees

All tournament entry fees paid on YoddhaX are generally non-refundable after successful registration and confirmation.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only under the following situations:

• Tournament cancellation by YoddhaX • Duplicate payments • Verified payment failures • Technical issues directly caused by YoddhaX systems • Incorrect payment deductions confirmed by support

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Player absence from tournament • Late joining or missed matches • Internet connectivity problems • Device crashes or game lag • Accidental registrations • Gameplay performance dissatisfaction • Rule violations or disqualifications

4. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed manually by the YoddhaX team. Additional information or proof may be requested during verification.

Approved refunds may take several business days depending on payment providers, banks or UPI systems.

6. Fraudulent Claims

Fake refund requests, chargeback abuse or suspicious payment disputes may result in: • account suspension • tournament restrictions • permanent bans
