Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

General Policy

YoddhaX strives to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all tournament participants.

Refund Eligibility

✅ Refunds WILL BE Issued:

  1. Tournament Cancellation

    • Full refund if tournament is cancelled by YoddhaX
    • Processed within 5-7 business days
  2. Technical Issues (Our Fault)

    • Server downtime causing tournament delays > 2 hours
    • Payment charged twice due to system error
    • Registration error on our platform
  3. Before Tournament Start Time

    • Refund requests made at least 1 hour before tournament start
    • 90% refund (10% processing fee)

❌ Refunds WILL NOT BE Issued:

  1. After Tournament Begins

    • No refunds once the tournament has started
    • This includes if you disconnect or cannot participate
  2. Player-Side Issues

    • Internet connectivity problems
    • Game crashes on your device
    • Forgetting tournament schedule
    • Change of mind after registration
  3. Rule Violations

    • Disqualification due to cheating
    • Ban for violating Fair Play policy
    • Using unauthorized tools/mods
  4. Game Server Issues

    • BGMI server downtime (not under our control)
    • Game updates during tournament time

Refund Process

How to Request:

  1. Go to Dashboard → My Tournaments
  2. Select the tournament
  3. Click "Request Refund" (if eligible)
  4. State your reason
  5. Our team will review within 24 hours

Refund Timeline:

  • Approval: Within 24-48 hours
  • Processing: 5-7 business days
  • Razorpay transactions: Credited to original payment method
  • UPI/Wallet: Same account used for payment

Partial Refunds

Not applicable. Refunds are either 100% (our fault) or 90% (before start time) or 0%.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies), YoddhaX may issue refunds at management discretion.

Chargebacks

Do NOT file a chargeback without contacting us first. Chargebacks result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Ban from future tournaments
  • Legal action for fraudulent claims

Please email support@yoddhax.com before initiating any chargeback.

Tournament Prize Disputes

  • Prize disputes must be raised within 48 hours of tournament end
  • Provide evidence (screenshots, video recordings)
  • Decision by YoddhaX management is final

Note: Refund policy applies to tournament entry fees only. Squad creation, profile features, and other free services are not eligible for refunds.
